The Hub Newry is a people-first coworking and flexible workspace provider in central Newry, supporting remote workers, freelancers, micro-businesses, local SMEs and growing teams. Its Margaret Street site offers part-time and full-time dedicated desks, private offices, shared workspace, smaller meeting rooms, a private phone and Zoom room, member lounge, roof garden and breakout areas. Members have access to keycard entry, high-speed leased-line internet, kitchen facilities and a lift serving all three floors; the site also lists DDA compliance, shower facilities, CCTV and on-site mail storage and lockers. Virtual office, registered-office and mailbox services are provided independently by My Mailbox Services Ltd using The Hub address. Meeting facilities are primarily intended for members and businesses based in the building, with limited external use possible by arrangement. The Hub states that it has supported Newry’s business community since 2012 and also offers private offices at its Abbey Yard location.
