About Braunton Community Work Hub
Braunton Community Work Hub is a community-minded flexible workspace in Braunton, North Devon, offering a practical alternative to working from home or a coffee shop. Its relaxed mix of casual hot desks and private offices makes it easy to choose the level of privacy and structure that suits your working day, without being tied to a long-term arrangement. The hub is designed for small start-ups, entrepreneurs, creatives and people who normally work from home. Open-plan desks encourage a sense of connection, while the flexible offices provide a more settled base for individuals or small working arrangements. There is also a welcoming social element, making the space useful for meeting clients, sharing ideas and building links with other local professionals. A plug-and-play approach means the essentials are already in place. Members can make use of super-fast broadband, a laser printer and scanner, a kitchen area and on-site showers, while cleaning, utilities and business rates are managed as part of the serviced workspace. Parking and bicycle storage add useful everyday convenience, particularly for people travelling in from Braunton and the surrounding rural communities. Whether you need somewhere productive for an occasional change of scene or a flexible office base for your growing work, the hub offers a clean, modern and community-focused setting. Bring your laptop, settle in and enjoy a more purposeful working environment close to North Devon’s villages, beaches and countryside.
